I bring to the table 20+ years of executive experience having started as a software engineer by education to COO of a multi-national company. My journey has taken my around the world working with different cultures, nationalities and enjoying the culinary delights before settling in Belgium. In this journey I have had the fortune of working in many different roles giving me true Swiss Army Knife like skills. 

I am by nature a people person and am looking at using my people skills and the wealth of my experience to help leaders and organisations realize more of their potential which also happens to be the LMI mission
